Colombia Huila — Grown by Women, Roasted in Batumi
We roast coffee for you — and this one is worth knowing. The Huila region of southwest Colombia sits at 1,800 metres above sea level, wrapped in volcanic soil and persistent cloud cover. Conditions like these slow the cherry down, concentrating every note the tree has to offer.
This particular lot was grown by 15 female members of Asobombo, an organic-certified cooperative of over 80 producers. Founded to secure fair, sustainable prices for its members, the women's programme goes further — putting land, seedlings, and market access in the hands of women who build stronger families and communities with them.

How to Brew It
Developed as an espresso, it pulls a rich, syrupy shot with a citrus-edged crema. Also excellent as a lungo or flat white where the brown-sugar sweetness opens up. For filter lovers, a V60 at a slightly coarser grind reveals the apple and citrus in full.
Choose Your Grind
-
Whole Beans — freshest flavour, grind just before brewing

Ground for Espresso (Fine) — ready for your espresso machine or Moka pot
