Brazil Yellow Bourbon — Serra da Mantiqueira
This Yellow Bourbon lot comes from several smallholder farmers in Carmo de Minas, all members of the COCARIVE cooperative. Coffees are selected by quality and variety, then processed and prepared for export collectively.
COCARIVE is a self-sufficient operation that supports its members at every stage — cultivation techniques, quality control, commercialisation. All member farms hold a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certificate and are certified by the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association, guaranteeing both fair labour practices and environmentally responsible production.

How to Brew It
This is a classic espresso base. It pulls thick and sweet with a lasting dark-chocolate finish, and it holds its own beautifully through milk — a natural pick for cappuccinos and flat whites. Also excellent in a Moka pot or French press if you like a full-bodied, low-acid cup.
Choose Your Grind
-
Whole Beans — freshest flavour, grind just before brewing
-
Ground for Espresso (Fine) — ready for your espresso machine or Moka pot
-
Ground for AeroPress (Medium) — versatile; works for AeroPress and pour-over
-
Ground for Filter (Coarse) — ideal for V60, Chemex, or batch brew
