Colombia Huila
Colombia has been producing and exporting coffee since the early 19th century, renowned for its full body, bright acidity, and rich variety of flavors. The Huila region, nestled in the southwest of the country, is one of the most celebrated coffee-growing areas in Colombia — fertile, high-altitude, and rich with volcanic soil.
This particular lot was produced by 15 female members of Asobombo, an organic-certified cooperative of over 80 producers based in Huila. The cooperative was founded to secure fair, sustainable prices for its members, and its women's program goes further — empowering women farmers with knowledge, resources, and a market for their work. When women thrive in the family and in business, the whole community benefits.
